Registered Members: service agreement
- Registered Members are responsible for all the content they post to the DE Community webpages, including text, files, pictures, video, and any other type of content. As copyright holders, members authorize the DE Community to storage and display the content they have posted.
- Members agree to provide real name and information in the registration form.
- DE Community Members agree not to use the DE Community platform for illegal activity or for violating the privacy or security of other members or the Community as a whole.
- The use of inappropriate or offensive language is not permitted. Members are also asked not to post content including material that could be considered illegal, libelous, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, pornographic, or to upload files containing computer viruses.
- The DE Community Members should not use inappropriate or offensive language in their posts, and they are expected to be considerate and respectful with other members of the Community.
- Copyrighted or trademarked content cannot be posted unless the member holds the rights or permission to do so. Original source should be cited when content from other sources is being used.
- Advertisements are not allowed in the DE Community’s website.
- It is acceptable to provide external links, if there is not a violation of the Terms of Use of the DE Community.
- The discussion about the future of the Digital Ecosystem includes a wide range of topics. However, Members are encouraged to keep focused on the main issue.
- The DE Community management reserves the right to restrict the access of Members that to not accept or openly violate the Terms of Use.
